Payment will only be expected once your order is ready to ship, and can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Shipping We ship by DHL inside Switzerland, UPS or postal service for other countries. Please keep in mind that the shipping weight of the band box kit is around 10 kg, international shipping adds up.

Customs and tax
  • Swiss prices (CHF) include VAT.
  • EU orders up to EUR 150 value may be cleared by IOSS, VAT prepaid and added to the invoice amount. Orders above EUR 150 have to be cleared by UPS or the postal service, some handling charges may apply.
  • US orders usually get in duty / tax free.
  • For other countries, import duty and tax will be collected by UPS or the postal service. Some handling charges may apply.
